It’s not the destination, but the journey!
I want to express heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful support and guidance Swapna provided to my children during their 11+ preparation phase. A few weeks into the lessons, we noticed a significant improvement in confidence and understanding of the subject matter, all due to the personalised and thoughtful teaching approach adapted by her. In her lessons, each child is catered to individually and their needs are identified and worked on. Maths was no longer a scary subject. My kids were tackling tricky topics with growing confidence and starting to grasp concepts they previously struggled with. This in-turn had a positive cascading effect on their school life as suddenly they found themselves in the top set in class which in-turn made them look forward to the lessons with Swapna.
Similarly, in English, both reading comprehension and writing tasks were simplified and they began to develop a liking towards it. Swapna’s approach to breaking down complex ideas into manageable steps helped them improve their vocabulary, grammar, and overall understanding. Even today we fondly recollect the synonyms and antonyms homework and the age wordproblems in linear equations are still the favourites. This only goes on to show how Swapna has reinforced key concepts in a way that resonates with them.
Swapna regularly incorporates practice tests and mock tests in her lessons to not only help reinforce what they’ve learned but also to give them a clearer sense of what to expect during an actual exam. Evidently, this approach helps them work on their time management and ability to apply concepts under pressure. I specially appreciate how Swapna reviews the mock tests with them, identifying areas for improvement and providing helpful strategies for tackling challenging questions. It’s a great way to ensure they are fully prepared for future assessments.
Thank you, Swapna for all your hard work and dedication. Your patience with the children reflects your passion and has made a real difference. Your sessions are not-yet-another-lesson and an extension to their long school hours, but a real and tangible value add in their journey to clearing the 11+, keeping them interested, engaged and motivated through the peaks and troughs of the 2+ years of this emotional roller coaster. I feel incredibly fortunate to have someone like Swapna who’s so flexible and approachable, is providing her valuable services almost at my doorstep, saving me valuable time and energy during the busiest phase of my children’s early life.

I have personally known Swapna Awar for many years, both as a Teacher and person. She is, in my humble opinion, a rare combination of the finest of teachers and human being of great sense of ethics and discipline. She is an extraordinary teacher helping hundreds of the Grammar School aspirants, over the years, getting into the Year 7, by cracking a difficult examination system that needs discipline and knowledge. Swapna is a tireless pursuer of sustainable efforts, disciplined teaching, and careful planner of these examinations, and the success rates she received thus far is eye catching. It might be worthwhile to mention here that she had taught my son as well, with a transformative outcome.
Swapan’s Coaching is a brilliant initiative that churns out future students of prominence. Through her current initiatives, she is expected to reach out to a wider spectrum of audience with even greater ascension towards academic excellence. I do sincerely hope that her assiduous efforts bear more fruit.
